Gatshetshowom if fire goes beyond
control. However, it is approximately 2 kilometers away
from above mentioned lhakhang at the moment.
Forest Type: Pocket of Chirpine forest and dry broadleaved forest at the top
Cause of fire: Unknown and under investigation
Remarks: The local residents, Territorial Forest staff from Wangdue Range and Forestry Extension Agent is battling the forest fire at the moment. Similarly, the RBA Tencholing has been well informed and confirmed to discharge 72-80 RBA personnel along with Desuups exactly at 7-8AM tomorrow. Besides, the Range Officer, Wangdue well informed the Head, Forest Fire Management Section, Thimphu.
