Division Annual Rimdro

For the spiritual wellbeing of employees and to set out a smooth journey in the civil service by overcoming both professional and personal obstacles, the Wangdue Forest Division performed Annual Rimdro on 22^nd and 23^rd of May 2016. It was conducted by 15 monks, presided over by Lam Lhatu of Wangdue Rabdey. The two days rimdro was conducted for the well being of staffs, family members and all the sentient beings.

It was the time when staff showed their leadership skills at each level, right from the preparation to the ultimate completion of the event. The Annual Rimdro is one of the occasions for the Division to get together, offer prayers and seek refuge in the gods and protective deities. This is also the time when lots of informal interactions take place between the subordinates and managers.
